Nice to find your presentation file in my inbox. I am sure you will deliver an spectacular presentation with this PowerPoint file. It concludes several detailed stories which would soon attracts the attention of your audience with the aid of your explanation.

However(Lots of people hate this word! Me too), I feel you could improve your abilities by paying attention to the points I raised below.

1 Please, do please decrease the characters in a slide. Someone have made an conclusion that a good side should contain no more than 30 Chinese characters. I could feel that 30 characters is to hard for you to follow. You try to summarize the points of the story, put the points in the slide, and then tell the story to your audience, rather than putting all the contents in the slide and read them. Too much characters in a slide will definitely let your audience feel hard to read. Be friendly to your audience please.

2 If possible try to use some other fonts, rather than the default Song Font. Generally your audience will have to look many ppts within a period of time. They will feel tired soon by find most of the ppts are using the default font. If you use another one, your ppt will look different and attractive.

3 Do remember it is your thoughts, not the ppt itself which matters. You could find that many presentations delivered by your mum and dad do not look very beautiful, but quite attractive.Once someone agrees with their logical framework, they will follow the presentation slide by slide. On this point you could consult Mr.Lu and Ms.Wang. I am sure they could provide you a satisfied answer.

Although I have raised sevral comments to you, you may need understand that there is no complusary standerd to make a good presentation file. Just make your own style.
